So I started making these little pumpkin bundt cakes when my mom spotted the super cool shaped muffin tin in William-Sonoma. Pumpkin muffins are already amazing, and there even cuter when they're in this form:)
Tip: Putting a dot of vanilla icing makes them 100% better. HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

So sorry I haven't been on lately! Again, so much going on with school, but I'm gonna try to be on the site more consistently. Here are some videos that having kind of been blowing my mind lately: One of my favorite quotes is "Childhood is what you spend the rest of your life trying to overcome" (Hope Floats) I saw this video first in my English class and I thought it definitely reflected this idea, and that it was such an eye opener, because it shows you how much of an impact bullies and other people that taunt or bother make on the rest of your life. I think people forget that a lot of the time, what we remember most is the negative comments and not the positive ones. When someone points out one of your flaws, even just once, you're instantly 100% more self conscious and that flaw becomes something like a scar you wear for the rest of your life. Overall, it takes nothing to be kind and think before you say something, because what you say can effect someone forever. This video is beyond important to me. It not only promotes feminism, it also shares the idea that women and all girls need to lift each other up instead of tearing each other down. Girls are discouraged from birth, and it's enough. Everyone should believe that they can be anything they want to be, not told that that what they want to do isn't aloud due to their gender. Let's embrace girls, not disgrace them. This is another video I saw in my English class, and I must say that it hit close to home. I definitely am guilty of being on my phone way too much and not looking up to see the real world. Social media is an addiction, and ironically makes me feel completely unconnected. We're slowing becoming less and less empathetic and I fully believe that it is due to technology. I sound like a hypocrite, considering I have my own website, but I really do try my best to put my phone down if I'm with a friend or loved one. If you can just try to put your phone down a little more, the things you notice that you're missing out on will amaze you. LOOK UP.
THANKS FOR READING. SUPPORT THESE VIDEOS AND GIVE THEM A THUMBS UP ON YOUTUBE. SHARE ONE OF THEM WITH SOMEONE YOU THINK NEEDS TO BE EDUCATED. BE KIND. TALK TO YOU SOON. |
