Welcome to my life.
So recently I went to an indoor trampoline park with some friends (all tagged in my picture on instagram) and it was really fun and definitely a workout. Some things I would tell people who've never been to one before and are thinking of going: 1) As fit as you think you may or may not be, you DO NOT need an hour. A half hour would have been plenty. I got so tired and sweaty, it was ridiculous. 2) Stretch before you go. My back was killing me when I came home. 3) Bring water...you'll need it.
P.S. I didn't even mind them forcing me to buy socks, because they're so cool.
