Welcome to my life.
After I gave up all of my favorite carbs, like pizza, mashed potatoes, pasta, I tried finding something to replace my most beloved heavy carb; Cream. Cheese, Bagels. Ugh, I could've ate that for the rest of my life. But, I actually did find something that gives me the same satisfaction; avocado on toast! I never really liked avocado other than in guac (I make a mean guacamole, by the way. Maybe I'll post my recipe), but here's what I do to make it taste good:
And of course I spread it on whole wheat toast.
There you have it! Something that has healthy fats and will make you feel artsy.It's so easy, good for breakfast or dinner, and WAY more colorful than a cream cheese bagel!
P.S. I topped it with some salsa, that makes it taste better.
